By using M-Terminal and purchasing any paid plans, you agree to this Cancellation Policy.

1. Donations

Support contributions and donations are one-time voluntary payments. Since these payments are processed immediately to support platform development and operational expenses, they cannot be cancelled after successful payment.

2. Subscription Cancellation

If M-Terminal introduces paid subscription plans in the future, users may cancel their subscription at any time from their account settings or by contacting M-Terminal.

Cancellation prevents future recurring billing only. Your existing subscription benefits will remain available until the current billing period expires.

3. No Partial Cancellations

Cancellation does not entitle users to a partial refund or prorated credit for the unused portion of an active subscription unless required by applicable law.

4. Payment Errors

If you believe a subscription was renewed incorrectly or without authorization, please contact us promptly so the matter can be reviewed.

5. M-Terminal's Right to Cancel

M-Terminal reserves the right to suspend or terminate subscriptions or accounts that violate the Terms of Service, engage in fraudulent activity, abuse the platform, or interfere with system security.

6. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Cancellation Policy periodically. Continued use of M-Terminal after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
