This Refund Policy explains when M-Terminal may issue refunds for donations, subscriptions and other payments made through the platform.

By making a payment through M-Terminal, you agree to this Refund Policy.

1. Voluntary Contributions

Donations are voluntary contributions used to support hosting, infrastructure, APIs, research tools, development and operational expenses.

Since these payments are voluntary and are not made in exchange for a physical product or guaranteed service, donations are generally non-refundable.

2. Subscription Payments

If paid subscriptions are introduced, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once access has been activated. Access continues until the end of the billing period.

3. Duplicate or Incorrect Payments

• Duplicate payment
• Multiple charges
• Incorrect amount due to gateway error

Please contact us within seven (7) days. Eligible refunds will be processed after verification.

4. Failed Transactions

If your bank account is debited but payment fails, refunds are normally processed automatically by your bank or payment provider.

5. Exceptional Refund Requests

Refund requests outside this policy may be reviewed solely at M-Terminal's discretion.

6. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Fraudulent chargebacks may lead to account suspension.
