You agree to indemnify and hold harmless M-Terminal and its founders, employees, affiliates, partners, licensors, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, your User Content, or your violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
You may stop using M-Terminal at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at our discretion, including where we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or created legal, security, or operational risk.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, and governing law provisions.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
